Anne Hathaway to star in Joseph Gordon-Levitt directed AI thriller.

There’s a new hot package coming together quickly. Joseph Gordon-Levitt is set to direct an untitled AI thriller, with Rian Johnson’s (knives Out) T-Street producing the film. This is set to be Gordon-Levitt’s sophomore directorial effort, coming over 10 years after the release of 2013’s “Don Jon”.

Anne Hathaway is set to star in the feature, with no word on the plot yet. Gordon-Levitt wrote the script with Kieran Fitzgerald, who previously wrote his 2016 Oliver Stone movie “Snowden”.

Gordon-Levitt’s 2013’s feature directorial debut, the romantic-comedy “Don Jon” grossed $40 million and received positive reviews. He followed that one with the Apple TV series “Mr. Corman”, which he wrote, directed and starred as a San Fernando Valley public school teacher.
