Paul Verhoeven’s “Young Sinner” still looking for financing.

In 2021, it was reported that legendary filmmaker Verhoeven is working on a new project titled ‘Young Sinner’. Described as a political-thriller set in Washington DC, which would be written by his “Robocop” and “Starship Troopers” writer Edward Neumeier.

World of Reel is reporting that Verhoeven is still looking for financing for the project. Quite sad that filmmakers like Verhoeven can’t secure funding for their new films. There’s also a possibility that Verhoeven just shelves ‘Young Sinner’ and moves on to direct “Sans Computer” in France instead. He already has secured the money required for that one.
