Guy Ricthie’s “Wife & Dog” to star Benedict Cumberbatch, Rosamund Pike and Anthony Hopkins.

Out of the many projects Guy Ritchie is currently working on, Deadline recently gave an update on “Wife & Dog”. The film has cast Benedict Cumberbatch, Rosamund Pike and Anthony Hopkins to star. That’s a stellar cast.

While plot details are kept under wraps, it is described as a “return to the colorful, back-stabbing world of British aristocracy that Ritchie explored in his Netflix series “The Gentleman”. Filming for “Wife & Dog” is due to start in February 2025 in U.K.

Guy Ritchie has released five films in four years, and has two projects ready to shoot in 2025. He has one film already in the can “In The Grey”, set for a January 2025 release. He also has “Fountain Of Youth” starring Natalie Portman and John Krasinksi, which wrapped production in the summer and will also roll out in 2025.

Out of the slew of projects Ritchie released in recent years, my favorite will be the Jason Statham action flick “Wrath of Man”. The British filmmaker is very talented and has amassed a loyal fanbase who watch everything he does. He is on that Ridley Scott mindset with the pace of his new projects.
